Every order is dispatched within 48 hours. As soon as it leaves our warehouse we email you a tracking link — that link is the fastest way to see exactly where your parcel is.
The quickest way: your order confirmation email
Every confirmation email we send contains a View your order button. That link works permanently, needs no password and no account, and always shows the current status and tracking. If you keep one email from us, keep that one.
Search your inbox for Desire Matrix. Check Spam and Promotions too, because order emails often land there the first time.
Signing in, if you prefer
Open your account and enter your email. We send a six-digit code — there is no password to remember and nothing to set up. Type the code and every order you have placed is listed with its status and tracking.
Use the same email address you used at checkout, or your orders will not appear.
Tracking directly with the courier
Most Indian couriers — Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ekart, Shadowfax — let you track using the phone number you gave at checkout, without a consignment number. If you have lost every email, that is usually the fastest route: open the courier's own tracking page and search by mobile number.
If none of that works
Email support@desirematrix.com with your order number, which begins with a # and appears at the top of your order confirmation. If you do not have the number, send the email address and phone number you used at checkout instead — that is enough for us to find it. We reply within one working day.
What each status means
- Confirmed — payment received and your order is queued for packing.
- Dispatched — handed to the courier. Tracking goes live within a few hours, so a brand-new tracking number may show nothing at first. This is normal.
- Out for delivery — with the delivery agent, arriving today.
- Delivered — signed for at your address.
How long delivery takes
Metro cities usually receive orders in two to four working days after dispatch. Allow four to six working days elsewhere. You can see the full list on our delivery page.
Tracking is discreet too
Your parcel travels as a plain brown carton. The courier label reads DM Retail and a consignment number — there is no product name, no category and no branding anywhere on the outside, and nothing on the tracking page identifies what you ordered.
If tracking has not moved in three days
Couriers occasionally fail to scan a parcel at a hub, which leaves the tracking page looking stalled while the parcel is still moving. If there has been no update for three working days, email us with your order number and we will raise it with the courier on your behalf.
