They are the actual decision. An 11 cm circumference is moderate, clearly present without being extreme. And while 18 cm of length sounds substantial, most positions engage considerably less than all of it. Treat the length as headroom rather than a target.

The colour choice is worth more thought than it seems

Wash with warm water and a mild, unscented soap after every use.
Non-porous, so it can be properly sanitised — boiling or a 10% bleach solution is safe for pure silicone with no electronics.
Dry completely with a lint-free cloth before storing.
Store separately from other silicone items; prolonged contact can mark the surface.
