About this product
An electro-stimulation set: four conductive rings on snap leads, running into a handheld control box with adjustable intensity.

Current must not cross the chest or the heart. Keep both contacts below the waist and on the same side of the body. This is the single rule that matters most with E-stim and it is not a precaution — passing current across the chest can stop a heart.

Wired, not wireless
Each ring carries its own lead with a snap connector, and all four plug into the control box. There is no wireless remote, so plan for the cables: they set how far apart the two of you can be, and they are the reason to lay everything out before you start rather than during.
The controller, and its labelling
The box has a power switch, an intensity dial and a row of mode buttons — pulse, numb, absorb and auto. Those buttons are printed in Chinese with small English translations underneath. It is perfectly usable, but nobody is going to call it a polished interface, and you should expect to learn it by trying each mode at the lowest setting.
What it feels like
Nothing like vibration. E-stim produces involuntary muscle contraction and a tingling or pulsing sensation that varies with intensity. People either take to it immediately or dislike it entirely — it is not a gradual preference.
Care
Wipe the rings clean after use and dry fully. Keep the control box dry at all times — it is not waterproof. Remove the batteries for long storage.
