About this product

Hollow means something specific

The wearer's own anatomy goes inside the sleeve rather than the harness sitting flat against the body. That serves two quite different purposes, and it is worth knowing which one you are buying for.

If erections are the issue

Penetration remains possible regardless of erection. The sleeve provides the rigidity, and the wearer still feels contact and movement. That is a genuinely useful arrangement rather than a novelty, and it is why hollow harnesses exist.

This is a device, not a treatment. If erectile difficulty is a recurring concern, it is worth a doctor's appointment alongside, because there is often a treatable cause.

Use water-based lubricant, which is safe with every material we stock.
Go gradually. Insert slowly and stop at any resistance.
If using anally, only use a model with a flared base.
Wash and dry after every use before storing.

Care and storage

Wipe the body with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not submerge anything with a charging port unless it is rated waterproof.
Non-porous and easy to keep clean; dry fully before storing.
Charge every few months even when unused — lithium cells degrade if left flat.
Store in the pouch provided, away from heat and direct sunlight.
