About this product

Excel Power 14000, a 45 ml delay spray with lidocaine at 10 percent and added vitamin E. External use only.

What it does

Lidocaine is a topical anaesthetic that lowers sensitivity in the skin it is applied to, which lengthens the time to climax. There is nothing systemic about it and nothing that persists beyond the application.

How to use it

Two sprays to the head of the penis from about 10 to 30 cm, then five to fifteen minutes to absorb. A mild tingling as it takes hold is normal and settles.

Work the dose upward, not heavy

Numbness that becomes uncomfortable means you used more than you need. The effective dose varies a lot between people, so build up over several occasions rather than starting heavy. This is the spray to choose if you want the most control over dosing, since two sprays at distance is a lighter starting point than most.

Keeping it off your partner

Wash it off before oral sex. If you are going straight to intercourse without washing, a condom is what keeps the anaesthetic on you rather than on your partner.
