The loop cord is the part that has to work

It is a closed loop rather than a thin tail, which is easier to hook a finger through and much harder to lose grip on. Check it is intact and firmly attached before every single use, and never insert an egg without one.

A remote changes who is in charge

Care

Water-based lubricant only — silicone lubricant bonds permanently to silicone. Rinse the egg under warm water with mild soap, paying attention to where the cord meets the body. Keep the remote dry and wipe it rather than washing it. Dry everything fully before storing.

Care and storage

Wash with warm water and a mild, unscented soap after every use.
Non-porous, so it can be properly sanitised — boiling or a 10% bleach solution is safe for pure silicone with no electronics.
Dry completely with a lint-free cloth before storing.
Store separately from other silicone items; prolonged contact can mark the surface.
