Do penis enlargement creams work

No. No cream, gel, oil or foam increases penis size, permanently or otherwise. There is no evidence that any topical product does this, and there is no mechanism by which it could.

What these products actually contain is usually a vasodilator, a warming or tingling agent, and a carrier. What they produce is warmth, tingling, a temporary flush of blood to the surface, and a slippery surface for massage. Some men find that pleasant. None of it is growth.

That is why everything on this page is now described as a massage cream, which is what it is.

Why the market says otherwise

Because the claim sells and the buyer rarely complains, since nobody wants to file a complaint about this.

A few specifics worth knowing. Products marketed as ayurvedic or herbal enlargement creams are subject to the same reality as any other; a plant extract does not change tissue volume. **Himalaya does not make a penis enlargement cream**, despite the search volume, so anything sold as one under that name is not what it claims. And the impressive numbers printed on packaging in this category correspond to nothing measurable.

In India, advertising a product as enlarging the penis is also prohibited under the Drugs and Magic Remedies Act. A seller making that claim to you is breaking the law, which tells you something about the seller.

Traction devices are the one exception, with caveats

Of everything in this category, penile traction is the only format with published clinical study behind it.

The caveats matter as much as the finding. Reported gains are modest.
