Steel base, not plastic
Most tail plugs use a cheap moulded base because it is lighter and the tail is the selling point. This one is stainless steel — non-porous, properly sanitisable, and heavy enough that the plug stays seated rather than being pulled by the tail.

Fur care is separate from plug care
The plug can be washed thoroughly or boiled. The fur cannot. Keep them apart when cleaning, brush the tail rather than washing it, and never submerge the join.

How to use
- Check the base. Everything in this category has a flared base. Never use anything anally without one — it is the single non-negotiable safety feature.
- Wash it first with warm water and a mild soap, and dry it fully.
- Use a water-based lubricant, generously. The anus does not self-lubricate. Silicone lubricant also degrades silicone and TPE, so water-based is both safer for you and kinder to the product.
- Go slower than you think you need to. Insert gradually, stop at any resistance, and start smaller than you expect to need.
- Stop if there is pain. Discomfort that does not settle within a few seconds means stop. Bleeding or sharp pain means stop and seek medical advice.
- Clean and dry again before storing.
Care and storage
- Wash with warm soapy water; glass and steel are non-porous and can be sterilised by boiling.
- Check glass for chips or cracks before every use and retire it immediately if you find any.
- Dry fully and store padded, so it cannot knock against anything hard.
- Both hold temperature well — warm or cool in water, never in a microwave or freezer.
