Soft skin-feel sleeves at this price are porous. They cannot be fully sanitised however you clean them, they are single-user, and they have a finite life. That is normal for the material, not a defect — replace it when the surface turns tacky or holds a smell after washing.

How to use

Inspect and wash before first use, then dry fully.
Apply water-based lubricant inside the sleeve and on yourself. Avoid silicone lubricant — it degrades TPE and silicone.
Insert slowly and build up speed and pressure to your comfort.
Wash immediately after use, inside and out, and dry completely before storing.
Powder if it is TPE. A little renewal powder or cornstarch keeps the surface soft rather than tacky.
